DRINK LEMON WATER EVERY MORNING
Drinking warm lemon water has been said to be effective for throat infection, dental problem. Lemon water squeezed from organic lemon helps strengthen and maintain your immune system and thus, protects you from the clutches of most types of infections due to its vitamin C, calcium and potassium content. It also cleanses the stomach and purifies the blood of toxins. Warm lemon water serves as the perfect ‘good morning drink’, as it aids the digestive system and makes the process of eliminating the waste products from the body easier. It prevents the problem of constipation and diarrhea, by ensuring smooth bowel functions. Lemon is a fabulous antiseptic and lime-water juice also works wonders for people having heart problems, owing to its high potassium content. So, make it a part of your daily routine to drink a glass of warm lemon water in the morning and enjoy its health benefits.
USE NATURAL TONER

1. ICE COLD WATER: Ice cold water is an excellent facial/skin toner. You can try ice cold water for toning your skin too .After cleansing your face, dab on ice cold water on your face to close the open pores and tone it properly.

2. MINT LEAVES: Pour 1.5 liters of hot water over mint leaves .Leave the mint leaves in hot water for ten minutes. Strain this mixture and let it cool down. Use this preparation with cotton pads on your face to cleanse and tone it.

3. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (ACV): ACV is a very effective as a toner. Add 1 part ACV to 2 parts water. Shake well before use. After washing or cleansing the face, apply the mixture and moisturize thereafter. Store in a cool dry place
SMOOTHIE INSTEAD OF JUICE

You don’t need any special equipment to make smoothies, just an ordinary blender. Given the right ingredients, you can easily make a light, nutritious meal with a smoothie by combining fruits and vegetables. Making smoothies allows you to blend foods you might not think of combining. More so, you’ll retain the fiber in fruits and vegetables when you make a smoothie. The fiber and protein in a smoothie add up to a satisfying meal or snack.

EXERCISE
Much has been said about the good of exercise to the entire body. Just take out 10 minutes of your time and do some exercise you feel comfortable with. And do well to make it fun too.
EAT MORE VEGETABLES
Vegetables, especially green leafy ones are rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre and less in carbohydrates and fats. Vegetables are best eaten raw or slightly cooked.
MOISTURIZE DAILY
The following are the obvious reasons why we need to moisturize daily, in fact making it ritual, especially the face:
-The face, of all the body parts, seems to be the most abused by harsh elements in the air and environment.
-Aging makes the face drier
-Moisturizing the face repairs dehydration cause by poor diets, pollution, cold weather and stress.
-Moisturizing the face protects from sun damage. Moisturize with oils that protects from the ultraviolet rays of the sun, like coconut oil.
-Applying a moisturizing oil helps to circulate blood because of the massage given thereby boosting collagen levels which if low increases wrinkles and fine lines.
-Moisturizing daily with oil, especially coconut oil could double as a primer. Instead of makeup sticking to your skin with all of its chemicals, they stick to the moisturizer. And it gives you that shine and glow.
