The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel on Technical Matters and Due Process, Elder Ufot Ebong, said the state governor has ensured a conducive atmosphere for investors in the State.
Elder Ebong made this known when officials of Standard Engineering Associate tour round the proposed site for the establishment of 50,000 Ha Liberty Free Trade Zone over the weekend.
The Governor’s Aide said that one of the means of creating job opportunities for youths by the present administration is by encouraging investors and development partners.
Speaking further, Elder Ebong described the State Governor as a man endowed with administrative restructuring and superlative sense of leadership, adding that the National Bureau of Statistics, while presenting report for the first quarter of last year, listed Akwa Ibom State as the second most investment-friendly states in Nigeria and assured them to feel comfortable and partner with our youths.
He appealed to other investors, especially those in agriculture and agro-allied industry to come to the state and partner with the Government.
