GOVERNOR UDOM TO CHANGE CABINET

Impeccable source at Government House has informed Ibom Telegraph authoritatively that “it is a matter of time that Governor Udom Emmanuel will soon change his cabinet.”
Though the source could not give the list of those to be dropped or appointed, he confirmed that the Commissioner for Works, Akparawa Ephraim Inyang, alleged to be Udom’s favourite, will move to the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, if he is not appointed Chief of Staff.
The current Commissioner for Special Duties, Engr. Etido Inyang, one of former Governor Godwill Akabio’s boys, known for his expertise in ‘project execution,’ will be move to the Ministry of Works, while the Publicity Secretary of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Comrade Ini Ememobong, will likely be appointed Commissioner for Information and Communications.
In as much as the fate of the present Commissioner in the Ministry of Information and Communication, Elder Aniekan Umanah, could not be ascertained by the source, Comrade Ememobong became a new option after Governor Udom Emmanuel’s first option, former Managing Editor of Daily Independent, Mr. Akpandem James, got appointed as Medi Adviser to the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udoma Udo Udoma.
