Following the victory of Mr. Ekanem Brown at the just concluded local government chairmanship election in Mkpat Enin Local Government Area, the chairman, Media and Publicity Committee of the campaign organization, Mr. Eric Ekwere has commented on the victory, saying that the best of times is set to be experienced in the area, with Mr. Brown as Chairman.
Ekwere who who spoke glowingly of the set-to-begin administration of Ekanem Brown, said that the time has come for the actual execution of the lofty plans Brown has for Mkpat Enin. “The election is over and we are all victorious. Brown’s victory is a victory for Mkpat Enin and so, there is no time to waste. This is when the real actualisation of the great plans and ideas we presented during the campaign will come”, he said.
Expressing optimism, Eric Ekwere stated that under Ekanem Brown, the best times to be experienced in Mkpat Enin has come. He however called on people of the area to realise that with the elections concluded, unity is what is most important at the moment. He encouraged positive communication among all facets of Mkpat Enin, regarding the growth of the the area, as well as a bright future for Mkpat Enin.
While hinging on the development of the area, he also noted that no discrimination of any sort will thrive in Mkpat Enin, as an all inclusive empowerment is being pursued by Mr. Brown.
