According to the circular, “the postponement is necessitated by the fact that the Honourable Speaker, the House Leader and the Clerk of the House are billed to attend a Technical Reflection Meeting organized by ECP-PERL in collaboration with the Conference of Speakers in Abuja from Monday, September 9, 2019 to Wednesday, September 11, 2019.”
