… Says Pst Eno is divinely ordained

The Deputy Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr Moses Ekpo has appealed to other PDP governorship aspirants to close ranks and align with Pastor Umo Eno whom he said is divinely ordained.
The Deputy Governor made the appeal earlier today during a consultation visit to him by Pastor Umo Eno led by Ambassador Assam Assam and the leadership of Maintain Peace Movement, MPM.
Mr Moses Ekpo noted that all aspirants for the 2023 governorship seat are men with capacity but advised that they should align their interest for the over all interest of the party and the State in general, adding that only one person can govern a state at a time.
According to him, “there is God’s hand in all the affairs of men. My only message is for other aspirants who also are competent to bury whatever is the difference among them and join this movement, because there is God’s hand in the nomination of Pastor Umo Eno”.
While extolling the qualities of Pastor Umo Eno, he described Pastor Eno as humble and efficient with uncommon managerial skills, adding that with the calibre of persons in the movement for Pastor Umo Eno, success is assured.
Speaking earlier, the Director General of the Umo Eno’s project, Chief Assam Assam, SAN, said it was imperative to stand with a person with the requisite credentials to continue and with development stride of Governor Udom Emmanuel especially the peace enjoyed in the State.
He emphasized that Mr Moses Ekpo has supported the Governor to stabilize the State, stressing that it was imperative to have a man who would positively continue from where his predecessor stopped to succeed Governor Udom Emmanuel in 2023.
Also speaking, the International President of Maintain Peace Movement, Barr Emmanuel Enoidem extolled Pastor Umo Eno as an accomplished entrepreneur without baggage, noting that with Pastor Umo Eno, the development agenda of Governor Udom Emmanuel would be furthered.
In his reactions, the governorship hopeful, Pastor Umo Eno thanked God for the grace upon his life which according to him, has seen him through his childhood to the present aspiration, noting that his mission was to present himself to the Deputy Governor for his blessings to serve Akwa Ibom State come 2023.
Pastor Umo Eno who is reputed for commitment to responsibilities and results said he will be committed to the furtherance of the development impact recorded by the Governor Udom Emmanuel led administration.
He therefore prayed that that same God that has been with Governor Udom from the beginning will continue to increase him in wisdom through the completion agenda and beyond.
