SEVENTH ASSEMBLY: PARLIAMENTARY STAFF FELICITATES ASSEMBLY LEADERSHIP

Members of staff of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly under the aegis of Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN) have felicitated with the leadership of the Seventh Assembly on its One Year Anniversary.

The Association, in a letter signed by its State Chairman, Comrade Etinwa Etim, said “Parliamentary workers are sincerely impressed of your glowing administrative policies in the discharge of our legislative services. As a Working Speaker, with men of proven integrity, we hopefully believe that your tenure has set a pace for others to emulate.”

“Assessing the short period so far, your administration has among other achievements, created a serene and quality working environment for Legislative Staff by renovating the Assembly Complex; passed into Law many life touching Bills and regulations including the expected Akwa Ibom State Legislative Fund Management Bill 2019 and most especially created a good working relationship between the leadership and parliamentary workers,” the letter stated.

Speaking further, Comrade Etim said “We are convinced that your stay in office is meritorious and divinely ordained by God. We continue to pledge our unalloyed support to your administration to make your visions a reality.”
