Founder and Chairman of DAAR Communications, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, a member of the embattled Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has joined some notable politicians today, Monday, June 5, 2017, to unveil a new political party, the Advanced Peoples Democratic Alliance (APDA).
