De-Mbarukas Limited, an indigenous Environmental Consultancy and firm, has raised alarm over incessant fraudulent activities by its former staff parading before the public as a representative of the company.
A public disclaimer notice signed by its management on Monday, said “Notice is hereby given to all Outdoor Advert Practitioners and the General Public that the Operational Guidelines of De- Mbarukas Limited (and its arm, JIA Outdoor Services) require all transactions with the company to be conducted at its Corporate Headquarters or official branch and not with any individual or agent holding out as a representative of the company.”
“De-Mbarukas Limited is aware of the fraudulent activities of individuals no longer a staff of De- Mbarukas Limited but is holding out as a representative of the company,” the statement further stated.
De-Mbarukas Limited shall not be responsible or liable for any transaction done with such a person. We, therefore, advise the General Public to verify any transaction/information regarding De-Mbaruka’s Limited operations with the Head Office,” the statement concluded.
