The Akwa Ibom State Branch of the Hope Waddell Old Students’ Association (HWOSA) has rolled out modalities and invitation to every HWOSA and members of the Hope Waddell Training Institution community to make its forthcoming Economic Dinner and Lecture a breathtaking event.
According to the event’s Planning Committee Chairman, Akparawa Nse Ubeh, the association, currently led by Elder Godwin Eton as President, will be playing host to the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel (Special Guest of Honour), Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas (Guest of Honour), among others.
Akparawa Ubeh further unveiled the Guest Speaker of the event, which will be distinguishably chaired by the Akwa Ibom State Accountant General, Pastor Uwem Andrew-Essien, to be the Director General of West African Institute for Finance and Economic Management, Professor Akpan Hogan Ekpo.
He said the event, themed “Rot In The Education Sector And The Way Out,” will take place on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at the Emerald Event Centre, Uyo, by 7pm prompt.
