Special Adviser in the Akwa Ibom State Bureau of Political, Legislative Affairs and Water Resources, Barrister Ekong Sampson, has described France’s victory as victory for Africa.
According to the Special Adviser, the 4-2 win over Croatia in Moscow on Sunday, which has invariably cemented France’s reemergence as a football superpower and brought the country together, attest to the enormous football talents in Africa.
He added that the talents are seen in the black players that make up the French team, saying France’s victory is a victory for Africa.”
Barrister Sampson congratulated France on their victory and urged Africa not to be discouraged by their early exit, but to “see it as challenge to work even harder in the future games.”
