Akwa Ibom State Government through the Ministry of Housing and Special Duties has lauded Novone Consult, the consulting firm handling the Social Affordable Housing Estate Project at Ikot Ntuen Nsit, over the standard of job done so far.
The Commissioner, Mr.Akan Okon, made this known on Friday when he stopped over at the estate to see the state of development.
The Commissioner said that he earlier visited the site when there were complains for the acquisition of more lands for the project.
Me. Akan, who was conducted around buildings in the site when he made the brief stopover, however promised that he shall ensure the full support of his Ministry in the course of next week as work resumes on Tuesday.
It could be recalled that on Sunday the 18th of February, the Honourable Minister for Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, in company of the Secretary to our State Government Mr. Emmanuel Ekuwem, paid a similar visit to this very important project.
Again, during the visit, Me. Okon described the Lead Parker of NOVONE Consult, Arch Ezekiel NyaEtok, as his friend who has character and integrity.
Earlier, Arc. NyaEtok stressed that Novone Consult shall be anticipating the Ministry of Housing’s full compliment in the week and promised that the Consult shall not disappoint the government and the people.
