The people of Oron Federal Constituency State have pledged to support the Dakkada initiative of Governor Udom Emmanuel by working towards realizing their potentiality in them.
They made the re-affirmation at the Oron Council Hall, during the Dakkada Ambassadors Awareness Campaign and conferment of ambassadorial status on outstanding persons drawn from Oron, Udung Uko, Mbo, Okobo and Urueffong Oruko local government areas.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Marketing and Brand Management, Mr Sam Edoho, the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Agriculture, Prof. Edet Okon and the Special Assistant to the Governor on Agricultural Project Monitoring, Moses Armstrong were among those who inspired the new ambassadors on how to work hard to attain their full potentials of greatness.

The ambassadors who were later presented with lapels and certificates were charged to be worthy agents of the initiative and to take the good intentions of the government to the grassroots.
