ESIT EKET ENDORSED AKPANUSOH FOR SECOND TERM

The immediate past transition Chairman of Esit Eket, Hon. Emem Edukere has commended the member representing Esit Eket / Ibeno State constituency, Rt. Hon. Usoro Akpanusoh saying that the lawmaker will be return for another term of four years.

Emem Edukere made the declaration in Eket at the birthday celebration of Hon. Ime Robson; former councillor for ward five. The former transition chairman reaffirmed that Akpanusoh’s scorecard is effectively magnificent.

The president of Afigh Iwaad Ekid, Obongiwaad Godwin Williams; in his remarks said the assembly man has performed creditably well in his first term.

Obongiwaad Williams who spoke on behalf of the youths apex socio-cultural group appealed to the youths of Esit Eket and Ibeno to support and preach the gospel of Usoro’s continuity project for greater impacts of democratic dividends to be witness by constituents.

He said the performance of the assembly man is beyound substitution.

Mr. Ibereedem Akado; described the state legislator as a stunt grassroot leader who is always relating and supporting his people.

Akado, who spoke on behalf of the newly sworn-in supervisors and Special advisers said he is yet to see any other contender for the seat of Esit Eket / Ibeno State constituency.

He went further to solicite support for Usoro to be re-elected for a second term of four years.

Also speaking, Obonganwan Ofonime Harry; supervisor representing Esit Eket, ward two, announced that it is only those who are not conversant with political leadership and good governance that are against the re-election bid of Akpanusoh.

She admitted that Akpanusoh has no contender just as she called on the women to support unbiasly.

In a short note of eulogy, the former leader of Esit Eket legislative council, Hon. Imoh Jonah stated that the second term project of Akpanusoh if allow to sail through will attract greater democratic impacts to the area.

Imoh Jonah, who is the dakkada coordinator, Esit Eket chapter charged the electorates to support and encourage Akpanusoh in his second term aspiration.

Dr. Akpanusoh; in his remarks restated his unwavering support to the growth of PDP. He prayed God to take away pains and sorrow in the life of the celebrant.

Akpanusoh advised all to remain humble promising that he will partner with the people of legislate laws that will set a standard that will be almost impossible to break.

Reacting to allege plan defection to the opposition APC, the lawmaker said the platform for his emergence as state legislator is the PDP. He maintained that he will not be distracted in his decision to continue in building and promoting programs and activities of PDP for the party to excel above all others.

Akpanusoh; lauded the determination of the local government chairman, Hon. Iniobong Robson for always showing love and commitment to the growth of Esit Eket people.

While intimating the people of his second term bid, he reassured of his willingness to do more if given the mandate to represent them for a second term.

Akpanusoh; who is also the chairman finance and appropriations committee thanked the political leader of Esit Eket Elder Benjamin Udobia for supporting him to be returned to the house for second term.

He seized the opportunity to encourage all aggrieved party members to embrace peace. The lawmaker also appreciated a former APC state house aspirant, Mr. Michael Etteudo; who recently returned to the PDP assuring that PDP will always win elections in the State.
