He further commended Governor Emmanuel’s drive to the development of the state, saying “I acknowledge the achievements of Governor Udom Emmanuel in industrialization and infrastructure in the completion agenda of his administration. Speaking further, he said “The building rests on forty-nine (49) number 1.2 diameter piles with a 32-meter average depth. The ground floor is about 1,819.45 square metres plus a Mezzanine floor which is used as a technical area. It has four Banking Halls and Sick Bay with a total area of 855 square metres, two Restaurants with 330.90 square metres. It has rentable office floor spaces of 600, 300 and 150 square metres respectively.”

“Some of the exclusive features include Cardreaders, Fire Protected Doors, Central Stand-Alone Server Workstation, Time Attendance Readers, Automated Cards, Automated Turnstiles, Humidity and Temperature Sensors in all the floors. Fire safety is given a top notch with the availability of Fire Electric Pumps, FM200 Clean Agent Automatic Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Intelligent Smoke Detectors, Protection Sprinkler System and a Fire Alarm Panel connected to the CCTV room.”

“The building also provides four Passenger Lifts of 3 metres per second speed, two Staircases for emergency exits, Technical Buildings, Drivers Lounge, Security Offices and a Visitor’s Bay,” he added.
