2023: UDOM RESHUFFLES CABINET, REPLACES FOUR EXCO MEMBERS

To achieve his his Completion Agenda and to strengthen his plans for 2023 succession, Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has finalized plans to sack four members of the State Executive Council.

The Governor, according to a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr Emmanuel Ekuwem, will immediately replace the four unlucky EXCO members with four lucky ones.

“His Excellency, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel will on Monday, January 4, 2021 swear-in the recently cleared Commissioners-designate: Uko Udom SAN, Dr. John James Etim, Mrs. Idongesit Etiebet and Pastor Umo Eno.”

 

The statement further informed that the “event is scheduled to hold by 11am at Banquet Hall,Uyo. Guests, who must have received express invitation, must be seated by 10:30am.”
