2019: A’IBOM PDP SCREENS UKPONG-UDO

 

The Peoples Democratic Party on Thursday in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State Capital, screened Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-Udo, philanthropist and aspirant for Ikono/INI Federal House of Representatives seat in 2019.

The aspirant had appeared before the screening panel chaired by Chief Noble Akenge, who assured him of fairness, equity.

Obong Ukpong-Udo, who spoke with our reporter, said he was turbocharged and ready to represent the people of Ikono/INI Federal Constituency to optimal growth and prosperity.

According to him, “I plan to develop the economic potentials of my federal constituency to impact positively on the lives of the people. My federal constituency has the capacity to develop, if the natural resources endowed it by God are fully harnessed. I have vast experience from the private sector and I have travelled far and wide, I believe I have the capacity to develop Ikono/INI economically, bearing in mind the potentials it is endowed with.”
